Caitlin's Baptism

Caitlin was baptized on Sunday, the 22nd! She did a great job during the ceremony. She didn't cry at all. She is such an angel! Uncle Brian is her Godfather and Auntie Brooke is her Godmother. After the ceremony, we had a luncheon with family at Cafe 28. Caitlin got to meet more of her family this weekend. We missed her Auntie Joey and cousins Laney and Hadley.

Caitlin meets Olivia!

Caitlin met her cousin Olivia this weekend! They were really cute together. Olivia didn't know what to think of this little thing laying next to her that moved around and cried. She was so cute and gentle with Caitlin. She would go to touch her and then pull her hand away. She also was trying to hold Caitlin's hand. We can't wait until they are oldee and can play together!

Valentine's Day and 7 Weeks!

We had fun on Valentine's Day!  Twila and Michelle came to meet Caitlin.  We went out to lunch and Caitlin was an angel.  Grant made a delicious Mexican meal for dinner.  We enjoyed our first Valentine's Day at home with our little girl!

Caitlin continues to do new things.  She has found her hands and loves figuring out new things to do with them (like
"punching" herself in the face).  We prop her up, on the Boppy,   under the play gym and she can now hit the toys.  She is also "talking" a lot more and loves to smile and laugh.  She surprised us yesterday.  She was doing tummy time on the floor with her hands propped under her head and she used her legs and hands to roll herself over.  We thought it was a fluke, but she did it 3 times.  But, once her arms weren't under her head, she wasn't able to do it.  We thought it was pretty funny when she rolled over.

We are looking forward to this weekend because our families will all be in town for Caitlin's baptism!

6 Weeks!

Caitlin is now 6 weeks old! She is so much fun. She smiles all the time and is starting to track. She has been keeping mom busy by pooping through and spitting up on all her clothes. She went through 5 outfits yesterday.
We had a fun weekend last weekend. We celebrated our 30th birthdays. Meghan Dubina came to visit and was great with Caitlin. Grandmo and Grandpa babysat so we could go out and celebrate our birthdays! It was a great and tiring weekend.

5 Weeks!

Caitlin is now 5 weeks old! She is doing great! She is starting to smile a lot more and REALLY likes to poop. Thank goodness for good stain remover! She is holding her head up too and likes tummy time! Caitlin went on her first walk today with mommy and "Aunt" Meghan to the grocery store. She is looking forward to celebrating mommy's 30th birthday tomorrow!

One Month Old!

Caitlin is already a month old! We can't believe how fast the time is going. She continues to be more alert and looks around alot more! She has started to make more smiling faces. She continues to enjoy her pacifier and continues to do well with the bottle. She even let Grandmo give her a bottle (up until Sunday only daddy had given her a bottle). We try to only give her a bottle once every other day so we don't confuse her!

Caitlin and mommy have gone on two outings on their own. We went to Target last week and then to Baby Gap this week! She slept the whole time on both outings. We can't wait until the weather gets nicer so we can go outside more often!

Caitlin loves her new Ruffles and Ribbons outfit from her Aunties!!!

4 weeks!

Caitlin was 4 weeks old on Monday! She has started tummy time and likes it! She likes it better when she is propped up on the Boppy. She also had her first real bath on Sunday. She fussed at first but then she just sat there. She didn't cry and just hung out in the tub. She really likes it when we pour water on her head. Hopefully she will still like that at her Baptism! Grandmo and Grandpa were over and helped with her bath!!!
